Essex Cryogenics was under daily attack from a litany of fully-loaded tractor trailers, especially at and around the dock area. Furthermore, the remainder of the lots was suffering from years of being under-maintained. They had broken curbs, water main breaks, and epically large potholes. After months of developing & revising, & questions & answers, they made the shrewd assessment that St. Louis Paving was the paving contractor for them. The project included concrete installation, hand rail installation, bollard installation & paint, curb removal & replacement (concrete and asphalt), Petromat installation, a wedge (leveling) course, and 2" and 3" overlays. The project was a resounding success. |
